We will co-create an intimate breathwork and sound bath experience infused with the healing and delicious aromas of essential oils. This will be a full sensory experience!

The sound healing will consist of various instruments including harmonium, voice, singing bowls,  mouth harp, and flute.  Imagine laying down, deeply relaxing, and smelling some of the most delicious smells on earth while bathing in rejuvenating sound frequencies. 

Bring: a yoga mat or blanket to lay on.
